All items are handmade from repurposed cutlery materials. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in appearance, size, and finish from product images.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and postal services. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties, and Additional Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept responsibility for any additional payments, taxes, or fees applied by your country or local authorities.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Minor variations in design or finish
Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

7. Product Care and Use
Our jewellery is made from cutlery materials and may contain metals such as stainless steel, silver-plated alloys, or other mixed metals.
Customers with metal sensitivities should exercise caution
Items should be handled with care to avoid damage or injury
We are not liable for misuse of the product

8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
