These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all handmade cutlery jewellery products ("Products") offered through our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Description
All items are handmade from repurposed cutlery materials. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in appearance, size, colour, dimensions, and finish from the product images shown.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and postal services. We are not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for any delays, costs, or issues arising from customs clearance procedures.
If customs charges, taxes, or fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, any refund issued will be reduced by any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred.
6. Product Care and Use
Our jewellery is made from repurposed cutlery materials and may contain metals such as stainless steel, silver-plated alloys, or other mixed metals such as nickel.
Customers with known metal sensitivities or allergies should exercise caution before purchasing and wearing our products.
Products should be handled with reasonable care to avoid damage, injury, or excessive wear.
We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, or failure to follow reasonable care practices.
7. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs and details of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

All designs, photographs, images, logos, product descriptions, and other content associated with our business remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
